As stated, I know nothing about RAID and as far as I can tell there is no way to easily check if the data is being simultaneously written to both hard drives. You may only distribute the Software to your customers pursuant to a written license agreement.

Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Software or return all copies of the Software to Intel. But that is the same thing they offer just they repack it. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel component products is not licensed hereunder. When system is turned on, after the Gigabyte logo screen, the RAID array information displays showing both hard drives and that everthing is normal or something to that effect.

If such a defect is found, return the media to Intel for replacement or alternate delivery of the Software as Intel may select.

Except as otherwise expressly provided, Intel grants no express or implied right under Intel patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Ya, maybe just language barriers hard at work there? I accept the terms in the license agreement. Here is the information on this update: It is also likely a older version as the one I linked just came out, and they are usually a few behind on all the drivers available.
